Terms and conditions of use
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of cyber malls and users in the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by Hanul Nuri Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "mall") operated by Hanul Nuri Corporation (e-commerce business operator).
※"These terms and conditions apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc., as long as they are not contrary to their nature."
Article 2 (Definitions)
- ①The term "mall" means a virtual place of business in which a Hanuri Company Co., Ltd. can trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users, and it is also used as the meaning of a business operator operating a cyber mall.
- ②"Users" means members and non-members who access "Mall" and receive services provided by "Mall" under these Terms and Conditions.
- ③ The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "mall", who is continuously provided with the information of the "mall", and who can continue to use the services provided by the "mall".
- ④ The term "non-member" means a person who does not join a member and uses the services provided by the "mall".
Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions, etc.)
- ① The "Mall" shall be posted on the initial service screen (full page) of Hanuri Cyber Mall Co., Ltd. so that users can easily recognize the contents of these terms and conditions, the name of the company name and representative, the address of the location of the business office (including the address of the place where consumers can handle complaints), phone number, copy number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order business report number, personal information management manager, etc.: Provided, That the contents of the terms and conditions may be viewed by users through the connection screen.
- ② Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the "Mall" shall seek user confirmation by providing a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, liability for delivery, and refund conditions.
- ③ "Mall" may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
- ④ Where the "Mall" revises the terms and conditions, it shall be notified on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date, stating the date of application and the reason for the amendment. Provided, That where the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the user, a prior grace period of at least 30 days shall be notified. In such cases, the "Mall" shall clearly compare the contents before the amendment and the contents after the amendment so that the user can understand it easily.
- ⑤ Where the "Mall" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the terms and conditions before the revision apply to contracts already concluded before that. However, if a user who has already signed a contract transmits his/her intention to be subject to the revised terms and conditions to the "Mall" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph (3) and obtains the consent of the "Mall".
- ⑥ Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. and related statutes or correlations set forth by the Fair Trade Commission.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

① "Mall" performs the following tasks.
- 1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
- 2. Delivery of goods or services to which the purchase contract has been concluded
- 3. Other duties prescribed by the "Mall"
- ②The "mall" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by the contract concluded in the future in the event of the sale of goods or services or a change in technical specifications. In such cases, the details of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be specified and immediately notified to the place where the current goods or services are posted.
- ③If the contents of the service contracted by "Mall" with the user are changed due to the sale of goods, etc. or changes in technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the user at an address that can be notified.
- ④In the case of the preceding paragraph, the "mall" shall compensate for damages incurred by the user. However, this shall not apply where the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
- ① The "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance inspection, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities such as computers.
- ②The "mall" shall compensate for damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons under paragraph (1). Provided, That this shall not apply where the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
- ③If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, integration among businesses, etc., the "mall" shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions originally set forth in the "mall": Provided, That where the "mall" fails to notify the standards for compensation, etc., the mileage, reserves, etc. of users shall be paid to the user in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the "mall."
Article 6 (Membership)
- ① The user applies for membership by filling out the membership information according to the membership form set by the "Mall" and expressing his or her intention to agree to these terms and conditions.

② The "Mall" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied to join as a member as shown in paragraph (1).
- 1. Except where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of these Terms and Conditions, but where he/she obtains the consent of "Mall" to rejoin the membership as a person who has passed three years after the loss of membership pursuant to Article 7 (3).
- 2. If there is a false, missing, or incorrect registration in the registration details
- 3. Where it is deemed that registration as a member is significantly hindered by the technology of the "mall"
- ③ The establishment of the membership contract is the time when the consent of "Mall" reaches the member.
- ④ If there is any change in the registration matters under Article 15 (1), the member shall immediately notify the "mall" of the change by e-mail or other means.
Article 7 (Leave of membership and loss of qualification, etc.)
- ① Members may request their withdrawal at any time from "Mall" and "Mall" will immediately process their withdrawal.

② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, a "mall" may restrict or suspend his/her membership.
- 1. When false information is registered at the time of application for membership
- 2. Where a member fails to pay on the due date for the payment of goods, etc. purchased using the "mall" and other obligations borne by the member in connection with the use of the "mall"
- 3. Threatening the e-commerce order, such as interfering with the use of other people's "mall" or stealing the information
- 4. Where a person commits an act that is prohibited by Acts and subordinate statutes or these terms and conditions or is contrary to public order and morals by using "mall"
- ③ After "Mall" restricts or suspends its membership, "Mall" may lose its membership if the same act is repeated more than once or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
- ④ If the "Mall" loses its membership, its membership registration shall be canceled. In such cases, the members shall be notified, and the members shall be given an opportunity to clarify for a period of at least 30 days before the cancellation of the membership registration.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
- ① If "Mall" gives notice to a member, it can be done at the e-mail address specified by the member in advance by contracting with "Mall".
- ② In the case of notification to a large number of unspecified members, the "Mall" may be replaced by posting it on the "Mall" bulletin board for at least one week: Provided, That individual notification shall be made on matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transactions.
Article 9 (Application for Purchase)
- A user of the "mall" shall apply for purchase on the "mall" by the following or similar means, and the "mall" shall be provided so that the user can easily understand the following when applying for purchase: Provided, That the application of subparagraphs 2 through 4 may be excluded if you are a member.
- 1. Search and selection of goods, etc
- 2. Enter your name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc
- 3. Confirmation of the contents of the terms and conditions, services that restrict the right to withdraw subscription, and the burden of expenses such as delivery fees and installation fees
- 4. Indication to agree to these terms and conditions and to confirm or reject the above 3. (e.g., mouse click)
- 5. Consent to the application for purchase of goods, etc. and confirmation or confirmation of the "mall"
- 6. Selection of payment method
Article 10 (Conclusion of Contract)
- ① The "Mall" may not accept the purchase application under Article 9 if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs: However, in the case of signing a contract with a minor, the minor himself/herself or his/her legal representative shall notify that the contract may be canceled without obtaining the consent of the legal representative.
- 1. If there is a false, omission of entry, or error in the contents of the application
- 2. Where a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcohol
- 3. Where it is deemed that the acceptance of other purchase applications is significantly hindered by the "mall" technology
- ② The contract is deemed to have been established at the time when the consent of "Mall" reaches the user in the form of a notice of confirmation of receipt under Article 12 (1).
- ③ The expression of intention to accept the "Mall" shall include information on the confirmation of the user's purchase application, whether it is possible to sell it, cancellation of correction of the purchase application, etc.
Article 11 (Method of Payment)
- The method of payment for goods or services purchased at the "Mall" may be made by any of the following methods: Provided, That the "Mall" may not be collected by adding any nominal fee to the price of goods, etc. for the user's payment method.
- 1. Transfer of various accounts such as phone banking, Internet banking, mail banking, etc
- 2. Payment of various cards such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc
- 3. Online deposit without a bankbook
- 4. Payment by electronic money
- 5. Payment upon receipt
- 6. Payment based on points paid by "mall", such as mileage
- 7. Payment by gift certificate signed with "Mall" or recognized by "Mall"
- 8. Payment by Other Electronic Payment Methods, etc
Article 12 (Notification of confirmation of receipt, change or cancellation of purchase application)
- ① "Mall" notifies the user of confirmation of receipt when there is a purchase request from the user.
- ② A user who has received a notice of confirmation of receipt may immediately request the change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the notice of confirmation of receipt if there is a discrepancy in the expression of intention, and the "mall" shall be processed according to the request without delay if requested by the user before delivery: Provided, That where payment has already been made, the provisions on withdrawal, etc. of subscription shall be governed by Article 15.
Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)
- ① The "Mall" shall take other necessary measures, such as custom-made, packaged, etc., so that the goods, etc. can be delivered within seven days from the date of subscription, unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of the supply of goods, etc. Provided, That where the "Mall" has already received all or part of the price of the goods, etc., measures shall be taken within two business days from the date of receipt of all or part of the price. At this time, the "Mall" shall take appropriate measures so that the user can check the procedure and progress of the supply of goods, etc.
- ② The "mall" shall specify the means of delivery, the person responsible for the delivery cost by means, the delivery period by means, etc. for the goods purchased by the user. If the "mall" exceeds the contracted delivery period, the user shall be compensated for the resulting damage. Provided, That this shall not apply where the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 14 (Refund)
The "Mall" shall notify the user of the reason without delay when the goods, etc. requested by the user are unable to deliver or provide the goods, etc. due to sold out, etc., and shall refund or take necessary measures for refund within two business days from the date of receipt of the payment.
Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
- ① A user who has entered into a contract with "Mall" regarding the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw the subscription within seven days from the date of receiving the notification of confirmation of receipt.
- ② When a user receives a shipment of goods, etc., he/she shall not return or exchange goods in any of the following cases.
- 1. Where goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a cause responsible to the user ( Provided, That where the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to verify the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription may be withdrawn.)
- 2. Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
- 3. Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell them over time
- 4. Where it is possible to reproduce with goods, etc. with the same performance, the packaging of the original goods, etc. is damaged
- ③ In the case of paragraph (2) 2 through 4, users' withdrawal of subscription is not restricted unless measures such as specifying in a place where consumers can easily know that the "mall" is restricted in advance or providing trial products.
- ④ Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2), if the contents of goods, etc. differ from the contents of the display or advertisement or are executed differently from the contents of the contract, the user may withdraw the subscription within three months from the date of receipt of the relevant goods, etc., and within 30 days from the date of knowledge or knowledge of such fact.
Article 16 (Effects of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
- ① The "Mall" shall refund the price of goods, etc. already paid within three business days when the goods, etc. are returned from the user. In such cases, when the "Mall" delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and publicly announced by the Fair Trade Commission shall be paid.
- ② In refunding the above payment, the "Mall" shall request the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the claim for the payment of the goods, etc. without delay when the user pays the payment of the goods, etc. through a payment method such as a credit card or electronic money.
- ③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the user shall bear the expenses necessary for the return of the supplied goods, etc. The "Mall" shall not claim a penalty or compensation for damages from the user due to the withdrawal of subscription, etc. However, if the contents of the goods, etc. differ from the contents of the display or advertisement, or if the contents of the contract are executed differently, the expenses necessary for the return of the goods, etc. shall be borne by the "Mall".
- ④ If the user has paid the shipping cost when receiving goods, etc., the "mall" clearly indicates who will bear the cost when withdrawing the subscription.
Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)
- ① The "Mall" collects the minimum information necessary for the execution of the purchase contract when collecting user information. The following matters shall be mandatory, and other matters shall be optional.
- 1. name
- 2. address
- 3. Contact number
- 4. ID (for members)
- 5. Password (for members)
- 6. Email address (or mobile number)
- ② When "Mall" collects personal information that can be personally identified by the user, it must obtain the consent of the user.
- ③ The personal information provided cannot be used for any purpose other than the intended purpose or provided to a third party without the consent of the relevant user, and all responsibility for this shall be borne. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
- 1. When the delivery service informs the delivery company of the minimum user's information (name, address, and phone number) required for delivery
- 2. Where a specific individual is provided in an unidentifiable form as necessary for statistical preparation, academic research, or market research
- 3. Where it is necessary for settlement of payment according to transactions of goods, etc
- 4. Where it is necessary for identity verification to prevent theft
- 5. Where there is an unavoidable reason necessary under the provisions of the Act or the Act
- ④ Where the "mall" requires the consent of the user pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3), the matters prescribed in Article 22 (2) of the Information and Communication Network Utilization Promotion Act, such as the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliated, name and phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, and matters related to the provision of information to a third party (the recipient, the purpose of the provision, and the details of the information to be provided), shall be specified or notified in advance, and the user may withdraw this consent at any time.
- ⑤ Users may at any time request access to and correct errors in their personal information held by "Mall", and "Mall" is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, "Mall" will not use the relevant personal information until the user corrects the error.
- ⑥ The "Mall" shall minimize the number of administrators for the protection of personal information, and shall be fully liable for damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, and tampering of the user's personal information, including credit cards, bank accounts, etc.
- ⑦ The "Mall" or a third party who has been provided with personal information from it shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay when it achieves the purpose of collecting the personal information or the purpose provided.
Article 18 (Duty of the "Mall")
- ① The "Mall" shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as prescribed by the Act and these Terms and Conditions and shall not engage in any acts prohibited or contrary to public order and morals.
- ② "Mall" should have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.
- ③ The "Mall" shall be liable to compensate users for damages by performing unfair labeling and advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on the Fairness of Labeling and Advertising for goods or services.
- ④ "Mall" does not send commercial e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.
Article 19 (Obligation to the ID and password of members)
- ① Except in the case of Article 17, the member is responsible for the management of ID and password.
- ② Members should not let third parties use their ID and password.
- ③ If a member recognizes that his/her ID and password have been stolen or that it is being used by a third party, he/she shall notify the "mall" immediately and if there is any guidance from the "mall", he/she shall comply with it.
Article 20 (Duty of Users)
- The user must not do the following.
- 1. Registration of false information at the time of application or change
- 2. theft of other people's information
- 3. Change of information published in "Mall"
- 4. Transmission or publication of information (computer programs, etc.) other than those prescribed by the "Mall"
- 5. Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of "mall" and other third parties
- 6. "Mall" or any other act that damages the reputation of a third party or interferes with its business
- 7. Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, images, audio, and other information contrary to public order and morals on the Mall
Article 21 (Relationship between connected "mall" and connected "mall")
- ① If the upper "mall" and lower "mall" are connected by a hyperlink (for example, the target of the hyperlink includes characters, pictures, fairy tales, etc.), the former is called the connected "mall" (website) and the latter is called the connected "mall" (website).
- ② The connected "mall" shall not be liable for the guarantee of the transaction if it is specified as the initial screen of the connected "mall" or the pop-up screen at the time of connection, which indicates that it is not liable for the transaction with the user by the goods, etc. independently provided by the connected "mall".
Article 22 (Restriction on attribution and use of copyrights)
- ① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for the work created by "Mall" belong to "Mall".
- ② A user shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information to which intellectual property rights belong to the "mall" among the information obtained by using the "mall" for profit purposes or to a third party without prior consent from the "mall".
- ③ "Mall" shall notify the user of any copyright attributable to the user under the agreement.
Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
- ① The "Mall" shall establish and operate a damage compensation treatment mechanism to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for such damage.
- ② The "Mall" shall deal with complaints and opinions submitted from users first: Provided, That where it is difficult to promptly deal with such complaints, the user shall be immediately notified of the reasons and the processing schedule.
- ③ If there is a user's application for damage relief in connection with an e-commerce dispute between the "Mall" and the user, it may be subject to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute settlement agency requested by the Mayor/Governor.
Article 24 (Judicial power and governing law)
- ① A lawsuit regarding an e-commerce dispute between the "mall" and the user shall be based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and if there is no address, it shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the residence. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of filing or if the resident is a foreign resident, it shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
- ② Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between "Mall" and users.
Supplementary Provisions (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions will take effect from January 1, 2024.
