Exchanges / Returns

• 1) if exchange and return is possible

  - In case of initial damage/defect of the product, we will exchange it free of charge and the seller will bear the shipping cost.

Refund

• Upon refund, we will refund the payment within 3 business days after confirming whether the return is confirmed. If you paid with a credit card, cancel the credit card approval so that the payment will not be charged.
